Shipping Policy
Book orders will be passed on to my printers, who will ship within seven working days. My printers have sites in the United Kingdom, the United States, and Australia, so the appropriate option will be chosen to keep shipping costs low. Personalised books I will first have sent to me for personalisation and then shipped to your destination from the United Kingdom by Royal Mail. Music, clothing, and art orders will be shipped directly from the United Kingdom to your destination by Royal Mail or Parcel Force, as appropriate.
Return & Exchange Policy
All items are sent carefully protected to avoid damage. Should your book, CD, or clothing arrive damaged, however, please contact me and send images of the damage so that corrective action can be taken. A replacement or a refund will be given, as appropriate.
