Can I place an order via Social Media message or phone?


Answer: You cannot place an order via Social Media message or phone unfortunately. All orders must be made through Zippota.com online store.




Can I cancel my order?


Send your cancellation request to foundit@zippota.com as soon as possible there are some items that cannot be returned due to Covid19 please see directions on each item before purchasing.




How can I return my purchase and get a refund?


Some Items are marked as Final Sale. what does this mean? "Final Sale" items are usually items from previous collections which are on sale . A Final Sale item cannot be returned for a Refund just for an Exchange or Store Credit. As soon as we receive your returned purchase, we will issue and email to you a credit coupon of equal value that expires within 3 months.




What if my order has not been delived yet?


In cases where your estimated delivery date has passed, please contact us using one of the options below:
